This herbal tea is made from the dried flowers of the Butterfly Pea plant, Clitoria turnatea. It is commonly served in its native region of southeast Asia at restaurants, spas and hotels. Blend with honey and lemon to create nam dok anchan, a Thai after dinner tea.
